About the Position
CollBox is rapidly accelerating following recent funding and is looking for an Account Executive to join us in helping the 28 million SMBs in the US who struggle with getting paid for their hard work. As an Account Executive at CollBox you will join a growing team that’s showing SMBs how CollBox’s unique platform and services can help them get paid quickly and efficiently so they can refocus their efforts on growing their business.
Duties & Responsibilities
Source opportunities through a mix of inbound leads, outbound prospecting, and cross-sells and bring them to a close
Track, manage, and report on a fast moving pipeline of multiple prospects
Play a key role in building CollBox by studying our market, noting competition, and identifying potential sales opportunities
Develop and use sales materials, including presentations and professional emails
Who We Think Will Be Successful
Minimum of 2 years experience in a full sales cycle B2B role, including prospecting, developing, and closing deals
Solution-selling mindset, coupled with a clear willingness to participate in (and sometimes drive) post-sales activities to ensure client success
Eager to partner with executives to build new processes for an early-stage company
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Fluency with modern sales technology
Creative problem-solving abilities and a positive attitude
High integrity and a team-first mentality
Demonstrated history of attaining quota
Comfort in a fast moving company
Experience with higher volume, quicker sales cycle (45 days or less) subscription products
Knowledge of SMB finance and/or experience selling to SMBs is a big plus
Bachelor’s Degree preferred
