About the Position

CollBox is rapidly accelerating following recent funding and is looking for a Customer Success Manager to join us in helping the 28 million SMBs in the US who struggle with getting paid for their hard work. As a Customer Success Manager at CollBox you will join a growing team that’s showing SMBs how CollBox’s unique platform and services can help them get paid quickly and efficiently so they can refocus their efforts on growing their business.


Duties & Responsibilities

  • As the first key hire on the Success side, lead the charge in supporting our existing customers as well as designing and owning scalable support processes
  • Provide excellent customer experience through high quality written and verbal communication through multiple support channels
  • Troubleshoot a variety of technical and account-related issues across all CollBox products
  • Critically analyze and resolve customer issues or requests in addition to proactively preventing future issues and churn
  • Effectively communicate complex information to customers of all technical levels
  • Maintain knowledge base of CollBox product offerings and updates
  • Effectively operate support channels including communicating via live chat, email, and phone
  • As we grow, interview, vet and assist in hiring Customer Success reps that will report directly to you


Who We Think Will Be Successful

  • 2-4 years working in customer success and support, preferably for a tech or finance company
  • Experience designing and running Customer Success processes
  • Willingness to drive post-sales activities to ensure client success
  • Eager to partner with executives to build new processes for an early-stage company
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Fluency with modern support technology
  • Creative problem-solving abilities and a positive attitude
  • High integrity and a team-first mentality
  • Demonstrated history of meeting and exceeding target success KPIs
  • Comfort in a fast moving company
  • Experience with higher volumes of customers
  • Knowledge of SMB finance and/or experience supporting SMBs is a big plus
  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred
