Duties & Responsibilities

  • Manage all four areas of the sales process – prospecting, qualification, closing, onboarding
  • Source new partnership opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails by pitching CollBox products and/or services
  • Study our market, noting competition and identifying potential sales opportunities
  • Prepare presentations, sales materials, and compose professional emails
  • Follow up with existing clients when needed to ensure success
  • Fulfill an end-to-end inside sales cycle, from cold call to close; includes scheduling and facilitating online product demonstrations and closing your own deals
  • Independently manage a pipeline with multiple prospects, utilizing HubSpot to track progress

What We Like To See

  • A minimum of two years experience in a B2B full sales cycle role, including prospecting, developing, and closing deals 
  • A tireless work ethic, drive, and commitment to succeed
  • A demonstrated history of consistent quota attainment
  • A solution-selling mindset, coupled with a clear willingness to participate in (and sometimes drive) post-sales activities to ensure client success
  • Eagerness to partner with executives to build new processes for an early-stage company 
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail 
  • Fluency with modern sales technology 
  • Creative problem-solving abilities and a positive attitude 
  • Knowledge of SMB finance or accounting technology preferred
  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred
